Heavy-duty polymer rolls and delicate disposables are edge-protected, shrink-wrapped, and securely palletized before dispatch to ensure zero transit damage, moisture exposure, or structural warping.
In the rare event of a transit delay (due to weather or highway issues), your dedicated account manager will proactively communicate the revised timeline. We maintain buffer stocks for critical clients to deploy emergency replacements if needed.

QA & Returns

We stand by our manufacturing quality. If a batch contains structural defects, report it within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup at our cost and issue an immediate replacement or credit note.

Because custom-printed tapes and containers are uniquely branded for your company, they cannot be returned for a simple change of mind. However, if there is a printing error or manufacturing defect on our end, they will be replaced in full.
