1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with HORECA Disposable, whether through our website, email, or official purchase order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the manufacturing, sale, and supply of all disposable solutions provided by us.

2. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to specific product lines and custom manufacturing runs.

3. Pricing and Taxation

Prices quoted are ex-factory unless otherwise agreed. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged as per the prevailing government rates at the time of invoicing. Customers must provide a valid GSTIN to avail of Input Tax Credit (ITC).

• Lead Times: Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet deadlines, HORECA Disposable is not liable for delays caused by raw material shortages or power interruptions.
• Logistics: Freight charges and transit insurance are the responsibility of the buyer unless specifically included in the quote.
• Shortages/Damage: Any discrepancies in quantity or damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Quality and Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet the technical specifications agreed upon. As material properties can vary based on environmental usage, customers are encouraged to test samples for their specific application before placing bulk orders.

7. Intellectual Property

Any custom molds, designs, or technical drawings provided by HORECA Disposable remain our intellectual property unless a separate ownership agreement has been executed and paid for by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

HORECA Disposable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the replacement of the defective goods or a refund of the invoice value.

9. Dispute Resolution

All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city of our registered office.
